Q: Can I can trust The Dog Walker Wimbledon?
A: Every member of the team holds a current DBS certificate and Public Liability insurance. We offer a free consultation and with references, if required.
Q: Will you need a key to my property?
A: It depends on whether you are at home when you wish your dog to be walked. If you are at work or are out, then yes – we would need a key to allow us to collect/return your dog. Your key will always be kept in a secure and safe place.
Q: Do you walk dogs in all weather conditions?
A: Yes, however we may either shorten or in very rare circumstances postpone a walk due to extreme weather conditions. In such an event we will let you know.
Q: Where will you walk my dog?
A: We primarily walk our dogs at Wimbledon Common
Q: What areas do you cover for dog walking?
A: We cover Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park, Raynes Park and Southfields. Due to continued success we also are pleased to be able to extend our trusted dog walking services to Clapham, Putney & Wandsworth.
Q: What is the earliest and the latest times you can walk my dog?
A: We can offer walks as early as 8am and latest 9pm (subject to availability).
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash and bank transfer payments only.
Q: Can you look after my dog overnight?
A: Yes, we offer a pet boarding service. Please view our ‘Services and Rates’ page.
Q: Do you only take care of dogs?
A: No, we can also look after (house-sit) your cat and other household pets.
